The  Groove  Dog: A Special Breed
 open letter to loyalists

From the day the music died, emptiness began to set in. Separation anxiety, with all the accompanying emotions, flooded the faithful of Southeast Texas. Personal remnants of the good times, tapes, stickers, memento made of plastic, foam, cotton, were gathered and placed with honor in a special box for safe keeping. After a while, loneliness begat anger, which begat vengeance and somehow, that morphed into hope.

For the Groove Dog is a hearty and determined lot.

Born with dogged determination to seek what he or she holds dear. To retrieve memories of better days and to embark on any journey to find the grooviness.

One Radio God is looking down on the situation and smiling. St. Mark would want us to carry on, to keep pushing, nay shoving the envelope as never before.  For it is good radio that they miss; and it will be good radio that they shall receive once again.

So, show your true colors and offer praise to the little Radio that could.  Run Radio Run!  Run away to a place where Groove Dogs can once again shout, "I'm free."
